We frequently include product samples when we ship your orders. Unfortunately we are unable to ship samples separately due to the volume of requests we receive.
We will send you an automatic email to confirm your shipment once we ship your order. This email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Can can calculate shipping rate on your cart page using out automatic calculator based on the speed of your delivery preferences.

To request a return or exchange please e-mail us at service@soapymania.com to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions. We may ask that you return the unused item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your account
We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal.

item(s), and we may ask that you return the damaged item(s) to us using a
