Change your mind and would like to return? Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our soaps, lotion bars, and many other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.  

Damaged products: We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled. If you have received a product that arrived damaged or broken, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is our goal. Contact us via email and explain what happened to your order. We may request a photo of the damaged item(s), and we may ask that you return the damaged item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label.

Our goal is to make our customers happy and overwhelmed with excitement about their purchase. We truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

To request a return or exchange please e-mail us at to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions. We may ask that you return the unused item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your account. 

All items sent back to us must include the original purchase receipt along with your full contact information.

• Please make a copy of your receipt for your own reference.

• Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

• Items received without a receipt and contact information will not receive refund and will be returned to sender when possible.
