Recent studies all over the world have scientifically proven that green tea can helping with maintaining healthy skin and body as well as mind and heart. As it is something used in many food products wouldn't we want to know what it’s good for? Here are the numerous benefits of using green tea leaves or powder.

1.Green tea burns fat

With any fat burning supplement used in shakes or food, there is usually green tea powder or extracts. It boosts metabolism which so happens to burn fat faster. Both green tea and caffeine do this and helps with transforming fatty acids into energy for the body.

One of these is Streptococcus mutans; a bacteria in the mouth that causes plaque formation cavities as well as tooth decay.
